25 Lessons

I know that twenty-five years isn’t a long time in the grand scheme of things, but I’ve always loved celebrating milestone moments. I’m so thankful for everything that I’ve learned and experienced in these past years; I know that I wouldn’t be the person I am today without everything that happened in them. Here’s to many more years of learning, failing, growing, and choosing to follow the Lord above all else!

  17. Instead of comparing yourself to others, choose to champion and build them up
  18. Don’t be afraid of how the Lord made you. He didn’t mess up, and He isn’t done yet
  19. Contentment is not the same thing as complacency
  20. If you find an author you like, it’s okay to buy all of the books they’ve ever written. It shows that you aren’t scared of commitment

  22. Be the friend that you wish you had growing up
  23. Don’t be afraid to ask for help; it doesn’t mean that you’re weak
